Seal of Approval?

Today we received this email and it's something that we would like to share with all of you.

"I was looking at some baby items on your site and saw that you have the Control Scan seal. That's great but I didn't see a business verification or security seal anywhere (please excuse me if I just missed them).

As a consumer, I also look for trust seals and third party verification from Trust-Guard or other companies like Hacker Safe and the Better Business Bureau.

People in the forums and others I talk to all look for trust seals when they shop. We need to know that shopping on your site is safe and that your business has actually been verified by a third party. Who knows, it may even help increase your sales.

Please let me know when you update your site.

We perceived this email as a legitimate customer concern. We have been exploring different options from Hacker safe to PayPal, (which we currently use) etc. After further research and the world according to Google, we have found that Shannon Tuke has dropped this same message on other businesses and forums. Could this person be an affiliate for Trust-Guard? We did inquire and would like to thank "Shannon" because we have further investigated our options and all the security seals that we have the right to use. Without further adieu, we present a few more graphics we have added to make you feel safer while shopping in our online store.
